This has led him to organise and lead an international consulting firm De Edge Consulting Ltd and its forerunner Systems Management Consultants Limited for 20 years and functions as the Managing Director.

As Principal Consultant, Rawle has partnered with companies in the Services, Energy and Finance industries, Government agencies and State Enterprises to produce breakthrough business solutions. These include Antigua Barbuda Social Security, Eastern Credit Union, BPTT and Employers Consultative Association (ECA).

Rawle’s experience has covered approximately 25 years as a Senior Executive in Human Resources and Corporate Services in major energy, oil and gas companies. He was formally the Vice President Human Resources and Corporate Services, Petroleum Company of Trinidad and Tobago.

Rawlinson has held directorships on a number of Boards of Directors and occupied the positions Deputy Chair and Chairperson at others. Rawle has acquired a MA, Philosophy, Public Administration; BA, Hon. Economics & Political Science; English, Minor, Theatre from Mc Master University, Hamilton, Canada and University of Winnipeg, Winnipeg, Canada respectively.

He was also a past Lecturer for the MBA Program University of the West Indies and MBA Henley School of Management England. As a SoL Consultant, he leads a Dialogue Community, Trinidad and Tobago (Aspirant SoL Community).
